By browsing, registering on or purchasing from www.dealone.in you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please discontinue use of the website.

• ◆You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
• ◆You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, address, phone number and email you provide.
• ◆You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• ◆Guest Checkout is available, but guest orders cannot be edited or cancelled once placed.
• ◆We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.

• ◆We aim to describe every product accurately, but photographs, colours and finishes may vary slightly on different screens.
• ◆All products are subject to availability, and certain items may carry quantity limits due to limited stock or high demand.
• ◆We may correct listing errors, or withdraw or change a product, at any time without prior notice.

• ◆All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• ◆We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and the other methods offered at checkout.
• ◆Payments are processed by secure, encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant gateways; we never store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
• ◆If a price is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid in full.

If an amount is debited but the order is not created, the bank normally reverses the transaction within 3–4 business days. If it has not reached you after that period, write to us with the transaction reference and we will trace it.

• ◆An order is confirmed only once payment is successful and a confirmation email carrying your order number has been sent.
• ◆We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors or an undeliverable address.
• ◆Signed-in customers may edit the delivery address or cancel an order from the Orders page before it is shipped.

• ◆Orders are shipped through our logistics partner, Meesho, which is why delivery calls may appear to come from Meesho.
• ◆Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days; the estimate shown at checkout is indicative and not a guarantee.
• ◆Delays caused by weather, strikes, regional restrictions or courier operations are outside our control.
• ◆If a delivery attempt fails because the address or phone number is incorrect, or the parcel is repeatedly refused, the order may be returned to origin.

Returns are accepted only for a wrong, damaged or defective product, raised within 3 days of delivery with an uninterrupted unboxing video. The full conditions and timelines are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

All content on this website — including the Deal One name, logo, text, imagery and page design — belongs to Deal One or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data or opportunity.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time for legal, operational or regulatory reasons. The revised version takes effect once posted on this page, and continued use of the website means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
